ASPHALT SERVICES GUARANTEE

First Stop Contracting Inc. will repair, at no cost to the customer, any defects of workmanship performed that is determined to be defective pursuant to the contract or agreement.  All asphalt preservation services are covered by our twelve-month satisfaction guarantee. If there is any part of our work that is determined to be defective at any point up to 12 months from the completion date, we will return and repair the defect at no charge. Our guarantee covers our work, but not normal wear & tear, weather, equipment related damage or acts of God.

First Stop Contracting Inc. reserves the right under our guarantee to be given first opportunity to make any necessary repairs, at no cost to the customer.
