First Stop Contracting Inc. stands behind the quality of workmanship provided for all services performed under the original contract or invoice.
12-Month Workmanship Satisfaction Guarantee
If a defect in workmanship is identified within twelve (12) months from the date of project completion, First Stop Contracting Inc. will inspect the affected area and repair the defective workmanship at no cost to the customer.
This guarantee applies only to the workmanship performed by First Stop Contracting Inc.
The sole remedy under this guarantee is the repair of the defective workmanship.
Exclusions
This guarantee does not apply to conditions resulting from factors beyond the control of First Stop Contracting Inc. including but not limited to:
- Normal wear and tear
- Weather conditions
- Freeze-thaw cycles
- Heavy traffic or vehicle damage
- Damage caused by third parties
- Chemical spills such as oil, fuel, or solvents
- Standing water or drainage issues
- Structural movement or base failure
- Improper maintenance
- Acts of God including storms, flooding, or natural disasters
Guarantee Claims
To make a claim under this workmanship guarantee, the customer must notify First Stop Contracting Inc. within the warranty period.
