These Terms of Service govern services provided by First Stop Contracting Inc. By requesting services, approving an estimate, signing a contract, or making payment, the customer agrees to these terms.
Services Provided
First Stop Contracting Inc. provides professional services including:
- Asphalt sealcoating
- Crack filling
- Pavement maintenance
- Line painting
- Surface preparation
- GoNano protective treatments
- Exterior surface protection services
Services are performed according to the scope outlined in the approved estimate or invoice.
Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are based on visible site conditions at the time of inspection. Pricing may change if:
- Surface conditions differ from those originally observed
- Additional preparation is required
- Site accessibility changes
- The scope of work changes
Property Access
The client must ensure the work area is accessible prior to the scheduled service date. Vehicles, equipment, and obstacles must be removed before work begins.
Cure Time Requirements
Certain services require curing time before surfaces can be used. Driving or placing equipment on surfaces before the curing period may damage the work and void applicable guarantees.
